1. Time Blocking:

What is it? Think of your day as a series of blocks, each dedicated to a specific task. This helps you focus on one thing at a time.

How to do it:

  • Identify Tasks: List your tasks for the day.

  • Allocate Time: Assign specific time blocks to each task.

  • Eliminate Distractions: During each block, focus solely on that task.

Tip: Start with shorter blocks and gradually increase as you get comfortable.

2. Prioritization Techniques:

How to do it:

  • Eisenhower Matrix: Divide tasks into four quadrants - Urgent and Important - Important but Not Urgent - Urgent but Not Important - Not Urgent and Not Important
