  • Relevance to My Vision: How does this goal align with your bigger picture? Why does it matter?
  • Time-Bound Deadline: When will you achieve this goal? Be specific.

Now, break down your goal:

  • List of Steps: What tasks do you need to complete to achieve your goal?
  • Prioritize Tasks: Order these tasks by priority.
  • Milestones: Divide your timeline into smaller milestones. What will you achieve in the next week, month, etc.?
  • Progress Tracking: How will you track your progress? Choose a tool or method.
