User Data Deletion Instructions for AutoDM

If you have connected your Facebook Page or Instagram Professional account to AutoDM and want your data deleted, send a request to support@just1funnel.com with the subject line:

Data Deletion Request - AutoDM

Please include the following in your request:

• your full name

• the email address associated with your AutoDM account

• the Facebook Page name and/or Instagram username connected to AutoDM

• a short note confirming that you want your AutoDM-related data deleted

After we receive your request, we will review it and delete or anonymize the data associated with your AutoDM account within a reasonable timeframe, unless we need to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

Deleting your AutoDM data may include:

• removing stored account connection records

• deleting stored messaging-related records linked to your account

• deleting automation settings and related logs associated with your use of the app

• removing stored tokens or authorization data connected to your Meta integration

If you also want to remove AutoDM’s access from Meta directly, you can do so from your Facebook or Instagram connected apps settings.
