NICHE - Small Business \/ Entrepreneurship

January doesn’t have to start at full speed. It’s a great time to reconnect with your goals, reset your systems, and get intentional about how you show up online.

To make it easier, I pulled together 10 content ideas you can use throughout the month. Each one is designed to help you stay visible, build trust, and keep showing up without burning out.

If you turn any of these into a post, place your link in The Algorithm POD so I can amplify it.

1. Poll: Choose Your January Focus

Post Caption:
“What’s your business focus this month?”
Give your audience 4 options and ask them to vote. For example:

  • Launching something new 🚀

  • Refining my systems ⚙

  • Showing up consistently online đŸ’»

  • Taking time to plan and reset đŸ§˜â€â™€ïž

2. This or That: Business Edition

Post Caption:
“Pick your faves — let’s get to know your work style.”
Use these pairs:

  • Mornings or Nights?

  • Notion or Google Docs?

  • Launch Mode or Evergreen?

  • Batch work or Real-time flow?

3. Question Box: What’s Your 2025 Word?

Story/Carousel Prompt:
“What’s one word that’s setting the tone for your business this year?”
Follow up with a story sharing 2–3 of the responses and your own.

4. Pick-a-Post Strategy

Carousel Prompt:
“Pick one post idea for this week”
Slide 1: Three hidden post prompts (face down style)
Slide 2: Reveal them with mini content ideas like:

  • A mistake you made & what you’d do differently

  • A tool you swear by

  • A customer story that stuck with you
CTA: “Which one are you going to post this week? Tell me below!”

5. January CEO Checklist

Carousel Post:
“Have you done your January CEO Reset?”
Checklist:
☑ Check cash flow
☑ Review last month’s metrics
☑ Clean up digital clutter
☑ Plan your next 30 days
CTA: “What’s still unchecked for you?”

6. Guess the Business Tool

Engagement Post:
“Guess the tool I’m talking about
”
Clue-style post:
“I help you automate, track, and simplify your funnel — all in one place. What am I?”
(Follow-up reveal in comments or next slide.)

7. Quick Quiz: Founder Focus

Post Prompt:
“What type of founder are you in January?”
Options:
A) The Planner
B) The Doer
C) The Dreamer
D) The Delegator
Follow-up: What that says about how to structure your month

8. Tool Favorites Poll

Post Prompt:
“Which tool are you leaning on the most this month?”
Options:

  • ClickUp

  • Canva

  • Stripe

  • ConvertKit
Customize to match your own stack.

9. Show & Share: Your Workspace

Carousel Prompt:
“Here’s what my January setup looks like”
Slide 1: Your current workspace, desk, or planning space
Slide 2: Ask: “What’s one thing you’ve added to make work feel smoother this month?”

10. Vision Board Walkthrough

Carousel Prompt:

Slide 1: Intro
Slide 2–4: Show 3–5 images or goals (e.g., a revenue goal, a platform you’re growing, a habit you're building)

We approach our business "Community-First". That is completely different from the traditional Funnel Setup. Even though we all create different communities, the structure underneath it stays the same.

If you want your community to become a business asset that does not need you 24/7, we'd love to welcome you in The Calm Engine, where we built the structure underneath your community, so you can run your community in 60 minutes per week.
