Support Mid-Year Shifts Without Forcing a “Big Push”
June is when things either click into place - or start to unravel.
It’s about helping your audience reflect, realign, and recommit to what matters most.
These prompts are here to help you show up consistently without scrambling for content ideas.
If you use one of these prompts to stay visible this month, post your link in The Algorithm POD so I can give it a boost.
1. Poll:
How’s Your 2025 Career Energy?
• Focused and flowing
• Stretched too thin
• Ready for a reset
• Quietly confident
Use the results to guide a short reflection or encouragement post.
2. This or That:
Mid-Year Mood Edition
• Calm clarity or fast momentum?
• Skill stacking or strategy planning?
• “No” practice or “Yes” expansion?
• Teamwork or solo excellence?
3. Question Box:
What’s One Thing You’re Letting Go Of?
Prompt: “What’s one career habit, pattern, or pressure you’re choosing to release this month?”
Use the responses to start a conversation about alignment vs. achievement.
4. Signs You’re Due for a Mid-Year Check-In (Carousel)
Slide 1: “If you’re feeling off, it might be time for a recalibration”
• You’ve been busy but unfocused
• Your wins don’t feel like yours
• You’re working, but not growing
• You’ve stopped checking in with yourself
CTA: “Which one’s been showing up for you lately?”
5. Monthly Planning Ritual
Post idea: “Here’s how I start each month with focus, not overwhelm”
Share your 3-part planning process (e.g., reflection, intention, prioritization)
Invite your audience to share theirs.
6. “Before I Reclaimed My Career…” Post
Use a short personal share:
“Before I made this change, I didn’t realize how much I had normalized stress, self-doubt, or settling.”
Then ask: “What’s something you’ve reclaimed in your career recently?”
7. Quick Quiz: How Clear Is Your Career Vision?
A) Crystal clear
B) Foggy but forming
C) Open to possibilities
D) Honestly… no idea
Follow up with a simple insight or next step suggestion for each.
8. Micro-Moment: How You Regain Focus
Share a real strategy that helps you reconnect with purpose when things feel chaotic.
Then prompt: “What’s your go-to move when your focus starts to fade?”
9. Share the Question You Ask Clients Most Often
Post idea: “If I could only ask one question in every client session, it would be…”
Then share why it works and invite your audience to answer it too.
10. June Wrap-Up: Mid-Year Self-Check
Prompt: “Don’t wait for December to reflect. Ask yourself now…”
• What’s working?
• What needs space to grow?
• Where are you holding back?
Encourage people to pause and respond honestly.

We approach our business "Community-First". That is completely different from the traditional Funnel Setup. Even though we all create different communities, the structure underneath it stays the same.
If you want your community to become a business asset that does not need you 24/7, we'd love to welcome you in The Calm Engine, where we built the structure underneath your community, so you can run your community in 60 minutes per week.
